Fusion Carwash

10 stars, well worth the price, and then some. easily the best "drive thru" car wash I've ever been to, it comes pretty damn close to having a professional detail AND getting ceramic wax/polish. all that would normally run you like 300$ + at the least... I ran a detailing business in South Florida before moving to Frederick, and i'm pretty particular about who i trust with my car in general. for a young father of two working full time, the monthly membership is a godsend. I get to enjoy a nice clean car and not have to stress every time my little princesses are in the back asking for ice cream or snacks lol thank you Fusion!

There were a few issues that could possibly be resolved if there's was better team lead service or a better process. The wait was unnecessarily long because I could have been directed to the line with the lesser cars; instead, I was directed to a line with four cars more than the other line. so any cars that arrived after me getting the same service were serviced and completed before me, and I was still waiting. Unfortunately, I had paid and went through the car wash; otherwise, I would have left. When the worker finally approached me, he snatched my vehicle door open, directed me to move forward, and then walked away, leaving my vehicle door wide open The mannerism here is horrible. Then upon cleaning my vehicle, I had my jacket in the passenger seat. So they cleaned the trunk and put the items from the trunk in the same bag as my jacket smh, not an excellent first experience. I don't think I will be going back. 🙃 I hate to add the word discrimination, but it almost felt that way. Please, read the owner's comments which display how much they should work on their customer service. By trying to justify how I was treated at their business, explaining an assumption of things being presented to me supports my post. Many car washes offer the same, and probably better, services. Trying this facility was a fluke and a mistake I had no intention of repeating. Thanks for sharing what I can only believe is a form of having a lack of business knowledge, which you felt was providing empathy

I recently opted for the Fusion Guard full service for my car, expecting a thorough and meticulous cleaning. However, I was thoroughly disappointed. As evident from the attached photo, there is still significant residue of mud on the bonnet. This is not what I anticipated from a service that promises full cleanliness. It's evident that attention to detail was lacking. I hope others have a better experience, but based on mine, I'd advise potential customers to double-check their vehicles before leaving the premises.
